Turn-Key Fall Protection installed 21 overhead Tractel Travsafe horizontal lifeline systems throughout the Sunwest Aviation complex, and 42 SLRs providing 100% coverage fall protection for personnel working on aircrafts during maintenance.

Each system is equipped with two self-retracting lifelines that can be lowered to ground level using dedicated retrieval ropes. This allows workers to connect to the fall-protection system before climbing onto an aircraft, providing continuous protection while completing inspection, maintenance, and service work at height.

Turn-Key Fall Protection also provides the ongoing annual inspection, repair, and recertification of the systems. Self-retracting lifelines can be returned to our shop for complete inspection, servicing, and rebuilding with replacement components as required.

To help minimize downtime, rental retractable lifelines are also available while customer equipment is being serviced, allowing the fall-protection system to remain available for day-to-day operations.
